A Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) has been created in Germantown's Historic Downtown. Property owners (both residential and commercial) in this district may apply for real property tax exemptions on renovations to or construction of new buildings. These abatements can last up to 15 years and stay with the property, even if ownership changes. Those interested in applying for this program should contact Will Parsons at the City, 937-855-7255.
